Rough Clean

Phase 1 - Rough Clean

This 1st phase generally occurs after the framing, plumbing, and electrical have been inspected and completed. It may also include removal of large debris and trash, a general sweep out, and removal of obstructions. This will help prepare for incoming painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry contractors.

Phase 3 - Final Clean

The 3rd and final stage occurs when all contractors have completed their work. All areas are swept, carpets are vacuumed, floors are mopped and any remaining dust is addressed at this stage. All cleaning requirements from the second phase are reviewed to ensure the building is in ‘Opening Day’ ready condition. Once the final elements are installed, a more thorough and detailed interior cleaning must take place. The details of this type of cleanup vary

significantly from room to room. Kitchens and bathrooms, for example, include cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and countertops that all need

specialized care. However, a good final interior cleanup always includes a few key jobs:

• Cleaning walls, including removing dust, dirt, scuff marks, and smudges
