The best program of commercial cleaning depends on the sq/ft of the entire space, how many individual offices, bathrooms, break rooms and other common areas there are, how in depth your cleanings need to be and the frequency of cleanings. Determining your cleaning frequency is a must. Each visit consists of:

•Dusting, cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces in offices, common areas, kitchens, break rooms and restrooms.

•Sweeping and mopping all exposed floors

•Vacuuming of carpets

•Cleaning and sanitizing exterior appliances

*Interior appliances upon request

•Trash removal

•Dusting and maintenance of office furniture per request

Deep Cleaning

In addition to the cleaning schedule created,  the Deep Cleaning also includes:

•Dusting and cleaning ceiling fans and vents

•Cleaning walls and baseboards

•Dusting and cleaning light fixtures

•Dust and clean interior windows/sills.

*Light Fixtures and Ceiling Fans below 9ft with minimum obstruction.
