Our Path to Success

In about 15 minutes we can go through your facility together.  You can give a detailed explanation of what needs to be done, any pain points the office may be experiencing and any expectations your business needs to have met. If allowed, we will take measurements of each space and service needed. Any additional notes will be added to make your business a custom cleaning plan.

A member from our cleaning team will contact you to discuss the detailed cleaning plan created to complete the task at hand and a program will be established for any future maintenance. The outline of a daily, weekly, biweekly etc., maintenance routine is also explained.

The first initial visit or deep cleaning is the first step in establishing a routine of daily, weekly, monthly and or yearly maintenance. It allows you, the client, to become familiar with our agents that you may see on a regular basis especially in commercial cleaning situations. Expect the 1st deep clean to be longer in duration than any of the other visits as we will need more time to bring the worksite or office up to not only the standards of you the client but ours as well. Less supplies should be needed for future cleanings.

 Your customized, extended cleaning plan begins on the date you specify. On our end, we will monitor our cleaning teams and attempt to stay in contact with you, the client, to ensure the plan continues to meet your needs. Any modifications to your plan can be made with advance notice to accommodate any changes on the side of the client.
